Airport meeting points
At most airports the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival area of the airport, showing a sign with your name on it. With the reservation confirmation message, we will send you meeting point information and the contact telephone number of our local manager.

No waiting time is charged for delayed flights
Local manager monitor flight arrivals. Your pick-up time is automatically updated according to the actual landing time of your flight. However please let us know as soon as possible if you become aware of any delay to your flight which may affect your transfer or in case of flight cancellation.

Fixed fare transportation to all destinations without risks
The fare is fixed, arranged during the booking process and guaranteed, regardless of the actual time needed to get to your destination. If the transfer time gets longer due to traffic, closed roads, weather or other unpredictable circumstances, you will not have to pay more. The price quoted is per car not per person.

Vehicle Types
All vehicles used for the transfers are licensed and fully insured. They range from luxury Mercedes S class and E class limousine, minivan and van, to saloons (sedans), estate cars (station wagons) and People Carriers (Mini Van MPV's). Mini Buses and Buses for groups of up to 53 passengers are also available at most destinations. Prices are defined according to the type of the vehicle used for the transfer.

Child Seat
Child seat is provided on request in most cities we serve, usually at no additional cost.

Luggage capacity
Our reservation system will automatically assign you the right car once you indicate the exact luggage on the booking form. If you are traveling with excess luggage, such as push chairs, wheelchairs, golf clubs, skis, extra large bags or similar, please let us know: in this way the appropriate vehicle will be arranged for your airport transfer. Be sure that you enter the details correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for any service failure due to inexact information provided in the reservation process.
